Born and raised in the DFW area, James’ passion for fitness began more than 20 years ago when he joined the U.S. Army and served with the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, NC.

James received his education from the National Personal Training Institute of Dallas obtaining a diploma in Practical Application, Nutrition and Anatomy. Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, James is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals by utilizing a wide combination of exercise techniques and nutritional guidance.

Additionally, James has the ability to adapt to the individual needs of his clients and personalize training regimens based upon those needs. His training philosophy is to use evidence-based approaches through continuous education to safely obtain desired results. James knows that every single client is different when it comes to personal goals and limitations and designs his workouts accordingly, in the best interests of his clients. He is a strong motivator who likes to keep it fun while safely challenging and educating each client along the way.

James is a diverse trainer and specializes in the areas of Fat loss, Strength and Conditioning, Toning and Firming, Speed and Agility, Post-Rehabilitative Training, Sport-Specific Training and Nutritional Support.
